ENZACTA family mourns the loss of a leader, mentor, and unconditional friend.

Minneapolis, MN, 09/05/2024. Russell E. Hall, President and CEO of ENZACTA passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. He was 73 years old. The cause of death was complications from a severe stroke.

Russ Hall was a visionary and a motivational leader. He understood the importance of continuous personal and professional improvement. He helped people better themselves and strive to reach their full potential. He listened, he praised, and offered encouragement. He made everyone feel valued and empowered to reach their goals.

He founded ENZACTA in 2003. Having prior experience in the direct selling industry, he believed that it was the perfect means for people of all backgrounds, cultures, and countries to pursue their dream of a better life and that ENZACTA would transcend generations.

Russ was born on March 6, 1951, in Greenville, MI. His father’s career was in the US Navy, and as a family, they moved from city to city and country to country throughout his childhood. It was a difficult life, and his family struggled financially. At an early age, Russ was aware of the hardships his family faced and as he grew older, he was determined to overcome them. He became adventurous, curious, and creative, and he developed an entrepreneurial spirit that allowed him to succeed in his professional life and help thousands of people overcome adversity along the way.

Prior to ENZACTA, Russ spent 18 years as a global executive for Amway Corporation.

He began his career working in IT, where he developed technical skills that, along with his leadership qualities, helped propel him up the corporate ladder. He advanced into management and eventually became the first General Manager for Amway Mexico, located in Monterrey, where he and his family resided for numerous years. He embraced his position and the community by serving as President of the American Chamber of Commerce and the American Society and was elected as a board member for the American School of Monterrey. His love for Mexico never faded, and the friendships and the connections he made always remained.

Now in its 21st year, ENZACTA has grown and expanded globally in a way Russ could never have imagined. Its alfa nutritional line of products includes his rice products, alfa PXP FORTE and alfa PXP ROYALE have millions of users around the world. Russ cherished the IBOs that have been with him from the beginning and was so proud of the success of ENZACTA KOREA. He never turned down a request to travel anywhere to appear at an event, even as recently as 4 weeks ago, when he took a 13-hour plane ride to Seoul, for an important event. He was always ready and willing to give his support, praise, and encouragement to continue reaching for the top.

Russ was a hard-working, passionate, hands-on business owner. His expectations were high, and he never gave up on anybody or anything. He created ENZACTA as a family business with the intention of it transcending generations – and it has. His children, Amy and John, know the business well and are as passionate and hard-working as their father. His wife, Lorrie, and son-in-law, Nick, also play key roles in the business. They are all well-prepared to continue on with Russ’s legacy, implement a succession plan without any interruption to operations, and pursue even higher expectations for the future growth and success of ENZACTA.

His family and entire management team are committed to continuing his legacy and maintaining his vision and core values to continue serving the thousands of ENZACTA distributors around the world.
